Aura is a recruiting brand concept built on the belief that work is not one-size-fits-all. Instead of focusing only on resumes, the brand emphasizes personality, communication, and culture fit. This project explores how a modern recruiting brand could show up through bold color, expressive layouts, and people-forward design across social and campaign work.
