Contributed to artwork production and print preparation for branded environments and activations at VidCon 2023. Designed and prepared production ready graphics for banners, displays, and environmental elements, collaborating with cross functional teams to support visual consistency across the event footprint.

Provided guidance on file setup and revisions for a secondary designer and supported coordination of creative assets to align with established print schedules and on site timelines.

Assisted with on site installation support and quality review, ensuring accurate placement, color consistency, and clean execution throughout the event. The final environments delivered a cohesive and polished brand presence across the VidCon show floor.
