Served as lead designer and production manager for a large scale activation celebrating Visit California at the California Plaza. Oversaw creative direction and design execution while managing artwork production, material setup, and installation coordination across multiple teams.

Collaborated with designers, fabricators, and brand representatives from across California to ensure cohesive visuals that reflected the state’s energy and diversity. Led a small design team through layout development, print ready artwork, and environmental mockups while maintaining consistency with Visit California’s brand standards.

Acted as a key liaison between internal departments and external vendors, managing timelines, file preparation, and quality control from concept through final installation. Balanced creative goals with production realities, ensuring that every piece from signage to large scale displays was delivered on schedule and fabricated to the highest standard.

The final experience transformed California Plaza into a dynamic, colorful showcase of the state’s culture and creativity, combining strong design, smooth logistics, and hands on leadership to bring the project to life.
